Facility Manager at Thyaura Partners Concept Limited – Victoria Island and Anthony, Lagos
Thyaura Partners Concept Limited is hiring a full-time Facility Manager for Victoria Island and Anthony, Lagos, on a salary of ₦300,000–₦320,000 monthly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility services, safety, cleaning, security and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate preventive and reactive repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator and other building systems.
- Inspect sites for compliance with safety, environmental, operational and applicable ISO requirements.
- Oversee budgets, maintenance expenditure, inventory, tools and equipment.
- Respond to faults, service requests and complaints; manage vendors against service-level expectations.
- Keep inspection, maintenance, incident and expense records and submit performance reports.
- Identify operational risk and recommend improvements in site efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma (HND).
- Two to five years’ relevant experience.
