Business Operations Officer at Bridgemead Limited – Lagos
Bridgemead Limited is hiring a full-time Business Operations Officer for a hybrid role in Lagos, supporting daily administration, client engagements and internal business processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Business and Operations Manager with correspondence, scheduling, record keeping, office supplies and meeting logistics.
- Track operational processes, project resources, deadlines and performance indicators, producing periodic reports and dashboards.
- Support invoice processing, expense reporting, vendor payment coordination and budget tracking.
- Coordinate recruitment interviews, onboarding records, induction activities and internal communications.
- Prepare client materials and presentations, maintain engagement records and support consultants with document quality.
- Help maintain CRM, scheduling and project-management systems and ensure reliable operational data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
- At least two years’ administrative, operations or business-support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; exposure to Trello, Asana, Notion, HubSpot or similar tools is desirable.
- Excellent organisation, communication, attention to detail, discretion and ability to manage deadlines.
