Plumber at Thyaura Partners Concept Limited – Victoria Island
Thyaura Partners Concept Limited is hiring a full-time Plumber in Victoria Island, Lagos, to install, maintain and repair building water-supply, drainage and sanitary systems.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain pipes, taps, sinks, toilets, showers, heaters, pumps and other plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, damaged valves, burst pipes, blockages, corroded lines and drainage faults.
- Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance and pressure or leakage tests after repairs.
- Measure, cut, thread, join and replace pipework according to technical requirements.
- Respond to maintenance requests at assigned sites and recommend appropriate corrective work.
- Track plumbing tools, materials, spare parts and completed jobs; report shortages and recurring or major faults.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, keep work areas clean and follow building standards, technical procedures, PPE requirements and other health and safety rules.
- Coordinate work with fellow technicians, engineers, facilities teams and supervisors.
Salary
₦200,000–₦203,000 per month.
