Operations Support Personnel at Uridium Technologies – Lekki, Lagos
Uridium Technologies is recruiting Operations Support Personnel in Lekki, Lagos, to assist with division-level operations, project reporting and payment-platform activities.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile SWIFT and RTGS payments processed for PAPSS participants at regular intervals.
- Investigate transaction exceptions and work with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
- Prepare payment volumes, trends and operational management reports.
- Identify and report suspicious transactions using available tools and sound judgement.
- Log system bugs, service difficulties and requests for platform improvements.
- Resolve settlement and operational problems raised by customer service teams and business partners.
- Support required regulatory returns, changes to rates or service fees and user training.
- Contribute to projects, operational initiatives and change-control activities.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree with three to four years’ relevant experience.
- Ability to coordinate operational tasks, reporting, transaction analysis and cross-team problem resolution.
