Finance Lead – Operations at Seven-Up Bottling Company – Ilorin

Seven-Up Bottling Company is recruiting a full-time Finance Lead – Operations in Ilorin, Kwara State. The role manages accounting accuracy, financial close activities, reporting and cost controls in support of the Operations Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Approve ERP journal entries with appropriate cost-centre and general-ledger coding.
• Coordinate month-end close, accruals and provisions and support consolidation of regional financial reports.
• Review invoices, waybills, completion certificates and supporting documents for vendor payments.
• Carry out initial review of regional bank reconciliations and resolve interoffice balances.
• Partner with regional functions to reduce operating costs and strengthen internal controls.
• Participate in month-end inventory counts and provide audit schedules and evidence for statutory auditors.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification at ACCA, ACA or CIMA level.
• Four to five years’ post-qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial accounting, management accounting, business planning and analysis skills.
• Hands-on ERP experience with Navision, Microsoft GP, SAP or Oracle Financials and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.
