Field Marketing Officer at Electro-Sun Global Services Limited – Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano and Lagos (4 Openings)

Electro-Sun Global Services Limited is recruiting four Field Marketing Officers across Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano and Lagos. The field-based role involves face-to-face promotion of solar equipment, customer acquisition and building relationships with installers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Visit solar-energy companies, EPC contractors, installers, electrical-equipment dealers and prospective customers in assigned areas.
• Introduce Sungrow inverters, battery energy storage systems and other company products and solutions.
• Build relationships with prospective customers, distributors, equipment dealers and project developers.
• Identify and follow up on qualified sales leads, including opportunities for bulk equipment supply.
• Gather information on customer requirements, competitors, pricing and local market opportunities.
• Share marketing information with prospective clients and coordinate with the internal sales team on quotations and conversion.
• Maintain records of customer contacts and opportunities and prepare regular field activity and lead-generation reports.

Requirements

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field; relevant practical experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Previous experience in field sales, direct marketing, business development or customer acquisition.
• Solar-energy, renewable-energy, electrical-equipment or technology-industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer approach, relationship-building, persuasion, negotiation and networking skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills, including use of WhatsApp and other communication tools.
• Ability to manage territory activities independently, meet targets and travel regularly within assigned locations.
• Good reporting, organisation, professionalism and a results-oriented approach.
