Food Scientist and Quality Analyst at Infytel Communications Limited – Lagos
Infytel Communications Limited is seeking a Food Scientist and Quality Analyst in Lagos to assess food product quality and maintain safety, regulatory and production standards.
Key responsibilities
- Test ingredients, raw materials and finished foods through routine laboratory and quality assessments.
- Monitor food processing activities for compliance with safety, hygiene and product requirements.
- Support HACCP procedures, sanitation standards and quality-control systems.
- Inspect products for consistency, specification compliance and potential defects.
- Maintain laboratory records, test outcomes and quality reports.
- Investigate production or quality issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Contribute to food safety audits and regulatory compliance work.
Requirements
- B.Sc., HND or OND in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or a relevant field.
- Understanding of HACCP, food hygiene, safety requirements and quality control.
- Strong analytical ability, accurate documentation and practical problem-solving skills.
