Christ Life Church, The Glory Cathedral is recruiting a Head of Church Operations in Akure, Ondo State, to coordinate church programmes and administration in line with its vision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee church operations, programmes and collaboration across departments.
- Improve administrative systems and processes to support effective service delivery.
- Work with church leaders to turn strategic priorities into well-coordinated operations.
Requirements
- At least five years’ experience in operations, organisational leadership or administration; church experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills.
- Strong team leadership, Christian character and integrity.
