Head of Investments at UnoCasa Consulting – Utako
UnoCasa Consulting is recruiting a Head of Investments in Utako, Abuja, to lead investment origination, research, transaction execution and portfolio management across multiple asset classes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead investment sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring and execution.
- Oversee multi-asset portfolio performance, monitoring and reporting.
- Develop investment opportunities and strategic industry partnerships.
- Manage portfolio risks, liquidity, diversification and investment-mandate compliance.
- Lead investment professionals and present recommendations to investment committees.
- Develop portfolio optimisation strategies and plan investment exits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Eight to twelve years’ relevant professional experience.
- At least five years managing investment professionals.
- Strong background in transaction execution, financial modelling, valuation and multi-asset portfolio management.
- A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- CFA, ACA, ACCA, CAIA, FRM or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
- Islamic finance knowledge or certification is desirable.
