Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a full-time Hotel Procurement & Sourcing Manager at its property in Oka, Benin City, Edo State.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel purchasing and sourcing, balancing product quality, guest service and budget control.
• Manage purchasing policies, process controls, audits and departmental compliance.
• Develop procurement objectives, reporting methods and operational improvement plans.
• Lead and develop purchasing employees and coordinate with hotel departments.
• Review supplier relationships, expenditure, purchasing performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain proper procurement due diligence and documentation for audit and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hotel-purchasing experience and strong practical problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on management ability and a commitment to hotel guest service.
• Sound judgement, creative problem-solving, personal integrity and effective stakeholder communication.
