Training Manager at Radisson Hotel Group – Benin City, Edo State

Radisson Hotel Group is recruiting a full-time Training Manager at its property on Golf Course Road, Oka, Benin City, Edo State, to coordinate learning and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage training and development activities in line with hotel and group standards.
• Plan and evaluate learning initiatives, budgets, reporting tools and staff development metrics.
• Work with departmental managers and HR to deliver training, coaching and succession plans.
• Review staff-development performance and recommend service improvements.
• Maintain training compliance records and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate Industrial Training Fund approvals and documentation for training plans.

Requirements

• Practical human resources experience and strong problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of hospitality guest service and employee development.
• Confidence using business and HR information systems.
