HR Intern (NYSC Corps Member) at Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited – Lagos

Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited is recruiting an NYSC HR Intern in Lagos to support recruitment, onboarding, personnel records and daily HR administration.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented NYSC Corps Member who has recently completed the NYSC orientation camp and is ready to commence their Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

The successful candidate will support the HR team in the day-to-day management of human resources activities, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Job Description

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure relevant documentation is completed.

Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.

Support the preparation of HR documents, letters, memos, and reports.

Assist with attendance monitoring and the maintenance of staff records.

Assist with responding to employee enquiries and providing general HR administrative support.

Help organise and maintain HR documentation, both electronic and physical.

Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have recently completed the NYSC orientation camp and be ready to commence their PPA.
