HR Shared Services Specialist at Dangote Cement Plc – Lagos

Dangote Cement Plc is recruiting an HR Shared Services Specialist in Lagos to coordinate employee benefits, HMO services, expatriate leave and staff travel administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer staff medical and health-insurance schemes and handle escalated HMO issues.
• Coordinate childcare/creche facilities, expatriate leave and local and international employee travel.
• Work with service providers, travel agents and employee-welfare partners.
• Organise year-end welfare activities and provide management information and utilisation reports.
• Monitor standards, policy compliance and continuous improvement in shared services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least nine years’ experience in HR shared services or employee services.
• Knowledge of HMO administration, HR service delivery, vendor management and business processes.
• Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, HRIS, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing HMO services and strong Excel proficiency are preferred.
