Human Resources Manager (Full-time) at Interrand Homes & Properties Limited – Abuja

Interrand Homes & Properties Limited, a subsidiary of Interrand Group, is recruiting a full-time Human Resources Manager in Abuja. The position supports organisational effectiveness, workforce productivity, employee engagement and compliance across its real estate and construction business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and staff development.
• Manage performance appraisals, confirmation, promotion and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, retention and organisational culture.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Advise management on workforce planning, employee relations and other HR matters.
• Monitor departmental and individual performance against established KPIs.
• Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in human resources management.
• Proven work experience in the real estate industry.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM or CIPD is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labour-law compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced business environment.

Location and relocation

• The position is based in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
