Human Resources & Administration Manager at DreamCity Property & Investment Limited – Jabi, Abuja; Lekki, Lagos
DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is recruiting two full-time Human Resources & Administration Managers for Jabi, Abuja and Lekki, Lagos. The positions oversee people management, administrative operations, legal compliance and workplace effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes aligned with business priorities, including operations in the Lagos region.
- Oversee recruitment, interviews, background checks, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Manage performance reviews, training, employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Lead office administration, facility management, assets and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law, company rules, confidentiality and data protection.
- Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs, benefits administration and staff records.
- Promote employee engagement, retention and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least eight years’ combined, verifiable experience in HR and administration, including real estate and property construction.
- HR certification such as CIHRM, CIPM or SHRM-CP is mandatory.
- Experience with staff checks, HR initiatives, employment law, leadership and workforce administration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management ability.
- Applicants must be between 35 and 40 years old.
