IT Manager at Radisson Hotel Group – Benin City, Edo
Radisson Hotel Group is recruiting an IT Manager in Benin City, Edo State, to oversee the reliability, security and performance of information technology systems supporting hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the security, integrity, maintenance and availability of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Coordinate system installations, business readiness, contingency plans and user acceptance with operational teams.
- Develop and communicate IT strategies, audit software and hardware performance, and report findings for management decisions.
- Manage IT architecture, controls and operational efficiency across systems and disciplines.
- Lead negotiations for installations, maintenance and service agreements while monitoring licences and system upgrades.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and recommend performance improvements.
- Document compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies and audit requirements and follow up on findings.
Requirements
- Proven IT experience, hands-on troubleshooting and strong problem-solving ability.
- Effective leadership, communication and the ability to guide teams by example.
- Commitment to guest service and the hospitality industry.
- Integrity, initiative and ability to work in a demanding service environment.
