IT & Systems Administrator (Deputy Supervisor) at Premium HR Solution – Abuja

Premium HR Solution is recruiting a full-time, permanent IT & Systems Administrator (Deputy Supervisor, Grade G5) in Abuja. This on-site position covers IT infrastructure, diagnostic equipment systems and cybersecurity, with a six-month probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line hardware, software and technical support.
• Administer LIMS, PACS, diagnostic equipment interfaces, integrations, Active Directory, servers, LAN and WAN networks.
• Manage Microsoft 365, cloud services and enterprise applications.
• Oversee access controls, cybersecurity, data protection, backups, recovery testing and business continuity.
• Manage IT assets, vendors, technical projects and systems availability monitoring.
• Report directly to the Managing Director on IT strategy, audits, compliance and service uptime.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, IT, ICT or a related discipline.
• At least six years’ experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure, including three years of technical responsibility or leadership.
• Strong practical server and network administration skills; familiarity with LIMS/PACS and diagnostic equipment integration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, documentation, change management and continuity planning.
• Healthcare IT experience and CompTIA, MCSE or ITIL qualifications are advantageous.
• Sound problem-solving, initiative and accountability, with the ability to work independently.

Working hours and benefits

• Monday to Friday: 8.00 am–5.00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
• Rotational Saturday shift: 10.00 am–2.00 pm.
• Gross monthly salary: ₦620,000–₦750,000.
• Statutory pension, HMO, marketing incentive and 15 working days’ annual leave, plus other leave under HR policy.
• Proposed resumption: 16 November 2026, subject to recruitment and notice periods.
