Loan Officer at an Undisclosed Microfinance Institution – Ogun (7 Openings)
A growing microfinance institution is recruiting seven Loan Officers for branches in Akute, Mowe, Ogijo, Magboro, Sango and Ojuore, Ogun State, near Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ creditworthiness and financial eligibility.
- Source and engage prospective borrowers, process applications and maintain accurate loan documentation.
- Complete loan contracts and explain lending policies and restrictions to customers.
- Build referral networks, cross-sell financial products and pursue assigned targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain high service standards.
- Comply with lending regulations and internal policies, and work effectively with other departments and external contacts.
Requirements
- OND qualification or higher.
- Zero to two years’ experience.
