LPG Station Manager at Ardova Plc – Lagos
Ardova Plc is seeking an LPG Station Manager in Lagos to supervise LPG-station safety, people, retail performance and operational controls.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe and customer-friendly LPG operations and comply with environmental, health, safety, security and quality requirements.
- Lead sales performance, financial targets, inventory management and product receipts.
- Supervise non-fuel retail standards and coordinate station marketing.
- Keep accurate inventory, cash, expense and profit-and-loss reports and reconcile station transactions.
- Manage staff compliance with station procedures and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- HND or degree in a related discipline.
- Prior experience managing an LPG station and knowledge of LPG operations.
- Four to five years of work experience.
- Oil and gas commercial knowledge, leadership, computer literacy, account management and clear communication.
