Digital & Traditional Marketing Executive / Brand Representative (Female) at DynamicPlus Advisory – Mushin

DynamicPlus Advisory is recruiting a full-time Digital & Traditional Marketing Executive / Brand Representative (Female) in Mushin, Lagos, for travel and online booking services.

The role

The executive will promote a newly launched travel and booking website offering flights, ticket reservations, car rentals and related services. Working in Marketing, she will build awareness, generate leads and partnerships, attract customers and represent the brand online and in person.

Digital marketing

• Develop digital campaigns and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant social accounts.
• Create posts, short videos and customer-focused campaigns promoting flights, reservations, car rentals and other services.
• Grow website traffic and enquiries, turn leads into bookings and sales, respond promptly to customers and direct them to booking channels.
• Monitor engagement and conversion, report results and identify trends and audience opportunities.

Partnerships and brand representation

• Identify prospective clients, travel agencies, corporate organisations, sub-agents and referral partners, and arrange and attend meetings by appointment.
• Explain the platform’s services and value, encourage registration and collaboration, and follow up leads to develop active relationships.
• Carry out approved direct marketing, visits and networking, recording meetings, partnerships, leads and sales.
• Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, promotions, videos, interviews and other approved activities, with clear communication and professional presentation.

Requirements

• One to two years of relevant digital or traditional marketing, sales, business development or related experience.
• A degree, HND or relevant qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Applicants must live around Surulere, Mushin or Yaba.
• Practical social media, content, online advertising and lead-generation knowledge, plus familiarity with basic marketing analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, networking and customer-relationship skills.
• Ability to engage clients confidently, organise appointments, manage multiple activities independently, meet targets and travel locally for meetings when required.
• Creativity, organisation, time management and a focus on partnerships, bookings and revenue; experience with travel, tourism, flight or car-rental platforms is advantageous.
