MIS Specialist at Renmoney – Lagos
Renmoney is recruiting an MIS Specialist in Lagos to support reporting, data analysis, operational performance and workforce planning across its customer contact channels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate daily, weekly and monthly contact-centre performance reports.
- Integrate data from multiple systems and automate repeated reporting tasks.
- Analyse FCR, CSAT, NPS, handling time, productivity and other service metrics.
- Build dashboards and explain operational trends to managers and team leads.
- Forecast contact volumes, develop staffing plans and monitor utilisation, shrinkage and schedule adherence.
Requirements
- Three to five years in contact-centre analytics, workforce management, operations analytics or BI.
- Experience with high-volume, multichannel service teams and capacity planning.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Power BI or similar dashboards.
- Experience with contact-centre, CRM, telephony or workforce management systems.
