National Sales Coordinator at Vixa Healthcare – Lagos
Vixa Healthcare is hiring a full-time National Sales Coordinator in Lagos to support national sales planning, distributor relationships, regional sales performance and commercial reporting.
Sales planning and team coordination
- Coordinate national sales plans, regional sales teams and territory targets.
- Analyse sales results across regions and product categories, investigate gaps and recommend corrective action.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, forecasts and budgets.
- Coordinate field sales schedules, team meetings, performance reviews and training needs.
Distribution and commercial operations
- Manage distributor performance, customer relationships, product availability, orders and delivery issues.
- Track stock levels, product movement, expiry exposure and potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain sales databases, customer information, CRM or ERP records and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with Finance on credit exposure and collections and with Supply Chain on fulfilment.
- Support product launches, promotions, new market development and customer-engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Five to eight years of relevant FMCG sales experience.
- Background in distributor relationships, territory coordination, sales forecasting and reporting.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI, ERP and CRM experience are advantageous.
- Excellent planning, commercial communication and problem-solving; MBA or professional certification is an advantage.
