National Sales Manager at BONS Industries Limited – Enugu
BONS Industries Limited is recruiting a National Sales Manager in Enugu. The manager will lead nationwide FMCG sales strategy, supervise regional sales teams and expand distribution and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Supervise and coordinate Area Sales Managers and sales teams across all branches.
- Drive sales growth, market expansion and customer acquisition nationwide.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers and corporate customers.
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to Management.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors’ activities.
- Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds and compliance with company sales policies.
- Train, motivate and evaluate sales teams to improve productivity.
Qualifications and requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in FMCG sales management.
- Proven ability to lead nationwide sales teams and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
