Regional Sales Manager at MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices – Enugu
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager in Enugu to lead Sales Representatives and deliver the Social Marketing division’s sales, distribution, profitability and market coverage targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales volume and value objectives and monitor weekly sales operation metrics.
- Coach Sales Representatives and use sales force automation (SFA) to improve productivity and reporting.
- Build distributor relationships, recruit additional distributors and strengthen product availability across retail outlets.
- Implement sales and marketing activities and maintain relationships with important customers and decision-makers.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitors and share customer feedback with Social Marketing leadership.
- Submit reports promptly, resolve customer issues and manage regional resources and sales expenses for a strong return on investment.
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or Physiological Sciences.
- At least three years’ sales management experience in pharmaceutical products or FMCG.
- Industry contacts and networks within the designated region.
- Commercial planning, leadership, distribution management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and a valid driver’s licence.
