Office Manager at an Undisclosed Company via HT-Limited – Oshodi

A garment manufacturing business is recruiting a full-time Office Manager in Oshodi, Lagos, through HT-Limited. The role oversees office administration, factory support and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR records, recruitment, onboarding, staff relations, performance and employment documentation.
• Oversee office and factory facilities, repairs, health and safety and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate correspondence, records, supplies, scheduling and executive administration.
• Manage petty cash, staff claims, payment vouchers, receivables, payables and routine financial reports.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors and coordinate tax and regulatory compliance, including PAYE, VAT, withholding tax and corporate reporting.
• Supervise receiving, storage, issuing and reconciliation of raw materials, consumables and finished goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
• At least five years of office, operations or administrative management experience; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour and tax obligations and corporate compliance.
• Familiarity with accounting packages, HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong financial control, administration, documentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
