A hospitality business in Alimosho, Lagos is recruiting a full-time Operations Manager through Joefelin Resources to coordinate guest services, staffing, operating costs and property safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and banquet teams.
- Resolve escalated guest requests and maintain strong guest-service standards.
- Lead hiring, training, shifts, staff briefings and performance reviews.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, stock and operating performance indicators.
- Support compliance with local health, fire and property regulations.
