General Manager – Real Estate at AY Homes – Lekki, Lagos
AY Homes is recruiting a General Manager – Real Estate in Lekki, Lagos. The position leads property operations, acquisitions, development activities and the teams responsible for delivering services to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the real estate, design and construction functions, guiding team performance and professional development.
- Manage work orders, service calls and follow-up actions.
- Maintain compliant records, production orders and operational workflows.
- Identify and acquire suitable properties in line with client requirements and delivery schedules.
- Review analyses, recommend client-focused decisions and prepare management plans.
- Forecast operations, assess monthly performance and explain differences against plans.
- Contribute to accurate, timely management reporting.
- Uphold customer and banking policies covering operations, audit, security and management practices.
- Administer rent collection and expense payments according to lease terms.
- Coordinate property transactions, including due diligence reviews and negotiation of legal documentation.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Seven to ten years of professional experience.
