Relationship Officer, UHNI (Private Banking) at Access Bank Plc – Lagos

Access Bank Plc is recruiting a full-time Relationship Officer for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI) in Lagos. The position focuses on acquiring private-banking clients, growing portfolios and maintaining high-value customer relationships.

Job Overview

• To grow the bank’s UHNI customer base by acquisition of new customers via direct cold calls, referrals and leveraging the bank’s value chain whilst sustaining existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source, prospect, and acquire new UHNI clients, leveraging existing networks and professional referrals.
• Prepare call plans.
• Follow through to ensure identified prospects are converted.
• Identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products/ services to meet the anticipated needs.
• Participate in regular review of customer segment marketing strategies / customer plans and make appropriate improvement suggestions.
• Pay regular visits / make calls to key decision makers in the value chain of existing customers with a view to improving or maintaining good relationships.
• Develop competences as might be required by the bank, Group Head and Relationship Manager.
• Monitor and evaluate own portfolio performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Relationship Manager and/or Group Head, Private Banking.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
