Retail Assistant Store Manager at BrandCo – Lagos

BrandCo is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager for its Lagos retail operations at Festival Mall, Festac; Ikeja City Mall, Ikeja; Circle Mall, Lekki; and Novare Lekki Mall, Sangotedo.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, customer service and the delivery of sales targets.
• Coach, train and supervise sales associates, manage shifts and support recruitment and performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory, replenishment, stock losses, suppliers, store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, audits, reconciliation and compliance with store procedures.
• Assess sales, customer and inventory data, monitor competitors and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least three years of retail management experience, including staff supervision and sales delivery.
• Experience with POS, inventory management and customer relationship management systems.
• Strong customer service, sales, analytical, leadership and organisational skills.
• An interest in fashion and sports is desirable.

Salary and benefits

• Net monthly salary of ₦210,000–₦220,000, plus a monthly performance incentive.
