Sales and Client Service Executive at an HMO via Skache – Ikeja

An undisclosed Health Maintenance Organisation in Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Sales and Client Service Executive through Skache Integrated Services Limited.

Responsibilities

• Promote health insurance plans and acquire individual and corporate clients.
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve concerns and explain coverage and enrolment procedures.
• Manage new leads, prepare proposals and support customer registration.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to address service issues.
• Maintain client and sales records, prepare activity reports and work towards performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a business, marketing, communications or related discipline.
• One to three years in sales, customer service, business development or client relations.
• Healthcare, HMO, insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.
• Good negotiation, relationship management, Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
