Sales Associate at Metroscape Development Company Limited – Lagos
Metroscape Development Company Limited is recruiting a full-time Sales Associate in Lagos for its real estate operations. The associate sells off-plan and completed properties, develops customer pipelines and supports clients through property transactions.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital and offline channels.
- Explain and present available properties to prospective buyers.
- Arrange property inspections and site tours.
- Manage client relationships, negotiations and sales closures.
- Meet monthly property sales targets.
- Record interactions and opportunities accurately in CRM tools.
- Work with marketing and design colleagues on promotions.
- Monitor property market conditions and competing offers.
- Manage documentation and support clients through completion of sales.
Requirements
- BSc in Marketing, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of sales experience in real estate.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM software.
- Good organisation and ability to meet deadlines and targets.
