Sales Associate – Fragrance Advisor via Ascentech – Victoria Island

A luxury perfumery in Victoria Island, Lagos is recruiting a full-time Sales Associate – Fragrance Advisor through Ascentech Services Limited.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalised fragrance consultations, explaining scent families, ingredients and perfume-house stories.
• Develop loyal client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and private previews.
• Meet individual and boutique sales targets and maintain carefully presented product displays.
• Support fragrance launches, client events and coordinated styling experiences.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in luxury or niche fragrance sales.
• Good knowledge of notes, fragrance structures and scent families.
• Strong storytelling, clienteling and luxury customer-service abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English and confidence using WhatsApp and social media.
