Sales Manager at First World Communities Limited – Lekki
First World Communities Limited is hiring a full-time Sales Manager in Lekki, Lagos, to lead sales growth and guide the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Lead, coach and motivate sales staff to achieve strong performance.
- Identify and develop business prospects and build lasting client and partner relationships.
- Monitor sales results, report performance and analyse market and competitor developments.
- Work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related studies.
- Three to six years of sales or business-development experience.
- At least one to two years of supervisory or team-leadership experience.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
