Brand Design & Communications Officer at First World Communities Limited – Lagos
First World Communities Limited is seeking a Brand Design and Communications Officer in Lagos to create campaign assets and coordinate brand communications.
Job Description
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for digital and offline campaigns.
- Design social media creatives, flyers, brochures, presentations, reports and Other marketing materials.
- Create property-specific visuals and advertising materials to support the sales team.
- Engage basic video editing and motion graphics where required.
- Support the execution Of marketing and communications campaigns.
- Work with the Brand & Communications Manager to translate campaign briefs into effective visual content
- Develop creative materials that support property marketing and lead generation.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with FWCS brand guidelines and visual identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- 2—4 years’ experience in graphic design, brand design or visual communications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills and brand application.
- Experience using design and video editing tools i.e. Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator, CapCut.
