Senior Project Manager at Undisclosed Company via TeamAce Limited – Marina

A manufacturing and agro-processing organisation is recruiting a full-time Senior Project Manager in Marina, Lagos, through TeamAce Limited. The role oversees factory construction projects and coordinates delivery, quality, cost and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate factory construction and development from inception to completion.
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and all applicable safety and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to align new facilities with factory needs.
• Track progress, resolve delivery issues and submit reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a relevant alternative engineering degree may be considered.
• Strong experience managing industrial and factory construction projects.
• Experience on FMCG or food-manufacturing facilities, including projects comparable with Power Oil or GB Foods, is preferred.
• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Sound construction planning, contractor management, budgeting, quality control and project execution skills.

Salary

Net pay of ₦2,000,000–₦2,500,000 per month.
