Tele-Collector at an Undisclosed Company – Lagos

A banking-sector employer is recruiting a full-time Tele-Collector in Lagos through Inguest Global Partners to follow up overdue loan accounts and negotiate repayments.

Job Functions

• To focus on driving customer acquisition and growing volumes, especially in the area of Retail business in the Bank through opening of different types of accounts.
• Contact customers who are past due on their loan payments via telephone or other electronic means.
• Persuade and negotiate repayment plans and settlement offers with customers to make the payments and resolve their delinquent accounts.
• Follow up daily with promise to pay (PTP) through phone calls and mails.
• Document all collection efforts and customer interactions accurately in the collection report.

Experience, Qualification and Required Skills

• B.Sc Degree from a reputable institution with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Customer-oriented: Must be driven by the Bank’s purpose of delivering valuable products.
• Show a strong ability to critically analyze market problems and define clear, detailed, and logical product and service solutions.
• Platform product leadership: collaborate with product and engineering leadership across the Bank to develop the platform and skill set.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed feature designs and recommendations.

Remuneration

• Salary: N270,000 – N420,000 Monthly (negotiable based on prior experience)
• Other Benefits: Commission, HMO, Pension, 13th Month and Annual Leave Allowance.
