Teller at a Financial Institution via Resource Intermediaries Limited – Ilorin
A financial institution is recruiting a Teller in Ojatuntun, Ilorin, Kwara State, through Resource Intermediaries Limited. The role covers customer transactions, cash control, customer enquiries and banking service support.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, cashing of cheques, money transfers and bill payments accurately.
- Balance cash drawers daily and support ATM-related transactions.
- Recommend suitable banking products such as savings accounts and credit products to customers.
- Resolve enquiries and provide accurate service information.
- Follow cash-security controls, applicable regulations and fraud-prevention procedures.
Requirements
- OND with Upper Credit only.
- One to two years’ experience, including exposure to cash handling, retail operations or customer service.
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy, attention to detail and communication.
- Good understanding of computer-based transaction systems.
Pay and benefits
- ₦150,000 monthly salary.
- Pension, HMO, thirteenth-month bonus and paid leave allowance.
