Captain Cook Limited is recruiting an Account Officer in Ekiti, Kwara, Ondo, Osun, and Oyo.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial activities of the location
- Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and standards to maintain integrity.
- Stay current with evolving accounting practices and regulations.
- Provide guidance on Accounts Payable and Receivable procedures.
- Generate concise monthly reports comparing revenue to budgets for informed decision-making.
- Oversee payroll preparation and administration with precision.
- Manage tax filing and financial obligations punctually.
- Leverage accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance profitability.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a B.Sc/B.A in Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, demonstrating expertise.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ensuring accurate data management.
- 0-2 years of practical experience in relevant roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Analytical thinker with strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills, dedicated to delivering impactful outcomes.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
