Virtual Banker, Africa China Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank – Ilupeju, Lagos
Stanbic IBTC Bank is recruiting a Virtual Banker for its Africa China Banking service in Ilupeju, Lagos. The role focuses on resolving customer complaints and complex enquiries while protecting service quality and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer questions and complaints in line with complaint-handling and dispute-resolution procedures.
- Deliver a consistent and positive service experience to Africa China Banking customers.
- Reduce reputational exposure and customer attrition through timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications and experience
- BSc in Social Science or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or professional certificates are an advantage.
- Ability to speak Mandarin.
- One to three years in operations, customer channels, call centres, helpdesks, service support or project implementation and management.
- Experience in telecommunications support.
- Understanding of Stanbic IBTC products, credit procedures, standards and policies.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Competencies
- Practical problem-solving, clear communication, persuasive discussion and exploring solutions.
- Banking processes, consumer banking products, customer understanding, active listening and query resolution.
