Workforce Relations Partner (North) at Moniepoint Incorporated – Remote

Moniepoint Incorporated is recruiting a remote Workforce Relations Partner to oversee independent contractor relations across its northern region. Reporting to the Team Lead, Workforce Relations, the position provides guidance on fair treatment, disputes, policy and workplace risk.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders, Workforce Business Partners and legal colleagues on contractor grievances, investigations, disciplinary matters and terminations.
• Apply employment and labour rules and internal policies consistently across complex cases.
• Identify recurring relations issues using trends and case data and recommend preventive action.
• Develop workforce relations policies, practical guidance and managerial capability through coaching and learning programmes.
• Support organisational change, respectful communication and inclusive workplace initiatives.
• Lead or assist sensitive investigations with confidentiality, due process and balanced judgement.

Requirements

• Three to six years of progressive HR or employee relations experience, including hands-on case management in a complex or regulated organisation.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment practices across jurisdictions; African experience is advantageous.
• Ability to investigate disputes, resolve conflict, enforce policy and influence senior stakeholders.
• CIPM, SHRM or a relevant legal or employee-relations certification is preferred.
• Experience in fintech, banking, multi-entity or high-growth businesses is an advantage.
