Head, Human Resources at Urban Shelter Limited – Abuja
Urban Shelter Limited is recruiting a Head of Human Resources at its Abuja head office to develop and lead people strategy and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategy aligned with business objectives and lead talent acquisition, onboarding, retention and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, grievance procedures and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management, KPIs, appraisals, succession planning and workforce development.
- Maintain HR policies and labour-law compliance, and lead compensation, payroll, benefits and incentives.
- Advise management on productivity, innovation, organisational culture and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is desirable.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or HRCI.
- At least twelve years’ relevant senior HR leadership experience, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation, talent management, employee relations and HR strategy.
- Leadership, interpersonal communication and HR software skills, including Microsoft Office.
