Area Sales Manager (ASM) at ISN Medical – Port Harcourt

ISN Medical is hiring a full-time Area Sales Manager in Port Harcourt to lead sales growth, customer relationships and territory performance for its diagnostics business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and increase market penetration across the assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with current customers, prospects and clinical decision-makers.
• Identify new opportunities, manage leads and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Implement account plans, customer visits and territory coverage strategies.
• Develop value-based partnerships and support the retention of strategic customers.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts, performance reports and commercial insights.
• Monitor customer needs and competitors to inform sales decisions and improve satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field, with at least second-class upper or upper credit; an MBA is an advantage.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible sales experience, including two to three years in a management or supervisory role.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or diagnostics.
• Leadership, coaching, strategic sales planning, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Competence in key account management, distributor development, sales analytics, CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to drive and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
