Medical Sales Representative at ISN Medical – Lagos

ISN Medical is recruiting a Medical Sales Representative in Lagos to increase diagnostic product sales, engage clinical customers and build territory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Promote medical diagnostic products and meet monthly revenue and territory growth targets.
• Prospect for new customers, convert opportunities and encourage repeat purchasing.
• Develop relationships with doctors, laboratories, clinics, hospitals and other clinical decision-makers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, scientific discussions and account reviews.
• Keep product availability and customer coverage at required levels and monitor pipeline performance.
• Gather territory and competitor information to improve sales planning.

Key measures

• Achievement of sales, customer acquisition, retention and product availability targets.
• Customer visits, account coverage, profiling, call frequency and product detailing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy or a related life science discipline.
• Two to five years of experience selling medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, laboratory, healthcare equipment or related services.
• At least two years of clinical sales experience engaging doctors and healthcare facilities.
• Proven customer acquisition and sales target delivery; experience with hospitals and laboratories.
• Ability to manage key accounts, negotiate, handle objections and deliver scientific product presentations.
• Competence with Microsoft Office, CRM and virtual meeting tools.
• Ophthalmology-sector experience is an advantage.
