Area Sales Manager (FMCG / Personal Care Products) at Ascentech Services Limited – Jos
Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Area Sales Manager in Jos, Plateau State, to develop FMCG sales and distributor relationships, focusing on personal care and related consumer products.
Territory sales management
- Develop territory sales strategies and deliver revenue and volume targets.
- Manage and expand distributor, wholesaler, retailer and key-account networks.
- Identify new markets, grow product availability and oversee merchandising and visibility.
- Lead and support sales representatives, monitor field execution and customer relationships.
- Track competitor activity, customer feedback and trends and prepare forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in personal care, cosmetics, homecare or related products.
- Demonstrated distributor management, territory growth and sales target achievement.
- Strong negotiation, analysis, leadership, Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Jos and nearby markets is an advantage.
Salary
- ₦375,000 monthly.
