Solution Impact Global Resources is recruiting a full-time Billing Officer for a multi-specialist hospital in Ibadan, Oyo State. The position handles patient billing, HMO claims, account reconciliation and revenue collection records.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional who will be responsible for managing patient billing processes, HMO claims, and revenue collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process patient bills accurately and promptly.
• Manage HMO billing and claims documentation.
• Reconcile payments and patient accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding bills and claims.
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports.
• Attend to billing-related inquiries from patients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures and financial policies.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in billing, accounts, collections, or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of HMO operations and claims management is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
