Call Over Officer via Fadac Resources and Services Limited for Undisclosed Company – Lagos

An undisclosed employer is recruiting a Call Over Officer in Lagos through Fadac Resources and Services Limited to check transactional accuracy, reconciliations and financial controls.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Perform independent daily, weekly and monthly call-over checks of financial and operating transactions.
• Review invoices, receipts, vouchers, journals and supporting documentation.
• Verify bank reconciliations, cash handling, collections, sales postings and customer balances.
• Examine inventory movements, payroll records, expense transactions and statutory deductions.
• Report errors, irregularities, control weaknesses and reconciliation issues to Internal Audit.
• Comply with company audit, risk and regulatory policies.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Three to five years’ relevant experience, ideally in downstream oil and gas, with practical call-over and reconciliation-review expertise.
• Strong Excel, ERP and transaction-verification experience; ACA, ACCA or CIA progress is preferred.
