An undisclosed company is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Representative in Gbagi, Ibadan, Oyo State, through LEAM Consulting Limited to respond to customer needs and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, social media messages and walk-in enquiries courteously.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare timely reports.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year’s relevant customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Patient, calm and empathetic customer service approach.

Salary

₦65,000 per month.
