Senior Procurement Manager via HRLeverage Africa Consulting Limited (Undisclosed Company) – Oshodi

An undisclosed employer is recruiting a full-time Senior Procurement Manager in Oshodi, Lagos, through HRLeverage Africa to direct sourcing, supplier relationships, purchasing and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies that support commercial objectives and operating needs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor selection, purchasing and delivery coordination.
• Negotiate supplier prices, contracts, payment terms and service levels to achieve cost savings.
• Assess vendor performance, product quality, delivery compliance and procurement risk.
• Track purchasing budgets, expenditure, inventory requirements and supply disruptions.
• Maintain accurate procurement contracts, documentation and reporting.
• Lead procurement personnel and continuously improve sourcing processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Substantial procurement and supply-chain experience, preferably at senior or management level.
• Strong record in contract negotiation, supplier management and procurement cost optimisation.
• Good knowledge of purchasing, sourcing, inventory systems, ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• CIPS or another procurement/supply-chain professional certification is an advantage.

Salary

₦300,000 net per month.
