Telesale Executive at an Undisclosed Company via TeamAce Limited – Lagos

An undisclosed financial institution is hiring full-time Telesale Executives in Lagos through TeamAce Limited to acquire customers, support loan applications and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Convert assigned and self-generated leads into customer acquisitions and completed sales.
• Answer customer enquiries, resolve complaints and support loan applications within agreed service standards.
• Process loan transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain customer relationships, deliver service quality and meet assigned KPIs.
• Communicate feedback on customer needs, products and business processes.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in any discipline with zero to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work towards targets in a busy environment.
• Previous telesales, telemarketing or direct-sales experience is an advantage.

Schedule and remuneration

• The position is described as fully on-site with morning, daytime, afternoon and evening shifts.
• Evening shifts are described as work-from-home arrangements, and Saturday work may be required depending on the assigned shift.
• ₦219,950 net monthly against a ₦50 million target or ₦300,000 net monthly against a ₦100 million target.
