Ampsolve Limited is recruiting a full-time Control Room / IT Officer in Lagos to monitor GPS tracking services, maintain platform and customer records, respond to enquiries and support clients during emergencies.
Description
Graduate in Scence or Account or Information technology others with relevant skills
Ability to us computer system
Ability to read google map and others
Skill in all use of IT and cumputer skills
Ability to communicate fluently and easily
Responsibilties
- Handling Client enquiry
- Set up tracker
- Update of platform
- Handling client equiry
- Laise with partners
- Update database
- Response in emgenceny case.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years experience.
- Only applicant from Anthony, Maryland, Ilupeju, Ojota, Bariga area should apply.
